Everybody always talks about how beautiful and wonderful Vienna is. But for us Vienna means riding into an industry area in pitch black rainy weather. Playing for very few people and having your sound drowned by a heavy metal band next door. And then leaving at 7 o’clock the morning after.

Still, what a great place. We played at Arena and Andi (who also have the nice label Fettkakao) treated us alright! We even got to meet, briefly, the singer from A thousand fuegos. (Kristian from Lacrosse really wants to make a cover version of their song “Last one”.)

We had a great time at Debaser Medis in central Stockholm, Sweden, playing for friends and others at our release party for our debut album “This new year will be for you and me”. It was the first, and so far only, time we’ve played with our masks on. I, for one, hope that they will be back…
